OVHcloud sells GPU capacity alongside managed layers on top of it: notebooks for Jupyter and VS Code, a training service, a deployment service for putting a model behind an endpoint, and endpoints for calling hosted generative models. One supplier therefore covers both raw rental and hosted inference. It is domiciled and listed in the European Union, which is usually the reason it reaches a procurement shortlist.
