Scaleway is a French cloud provider owned by the Iliad group, with datacenters in Paris, Amsterdam and Warsaw. It offers virtual instances, bare metal, managed Kubernetes, object storage and a GPU range, and is one of the more developer-oriented European clouds. Like OVHcloud it markets on European sovereignty.
